Our Ear Wax Removal Methods
Microsuction
Microsuction uses a specialist suction device to gently remove excess ear wax. The procedure is carried out under direct visual inspection, allowing the ear canal to be carefully examined throughout the treatment. No water is used during microsuction.
Ear Irrigation
Ear irrigation uses a controlled flow of warm water to help remove softened ear wax from the ear canal. Before irrigation is carried out, your ears will be assessed to make sure this method is appropriate for you.
The most appropriate method will be selected following an assessment of your ears.

2. Before We Arrive

3. During Your Visit
Your ears will be examined and assessed before treatment. If ear wax removal is appropriate, microsuction or ear irrigation will be used depending on the assessment.
4. After Your Treatment
Your ears will be checked again following treatment and we’ll provide any appropriate aftercare advice before concluding the visit.
